Way back when I was a young un almost every pet store carried Green Sailfin Mollies. The only "exotic" Molly was a black molly. Now we see orange, white, marble, lyretail... everything except the good old green sailfin.
Well, I found a place in Texas that sells good old school greens. After considering for quite some time I finally decided to get me some green sails. Some are "domestic" meaning that they've been cross bred to achieve a certain look and some are 2 different strains of wild mollies. I ordered 15 total, 3 boys and a dozen girls, young adults all.
I've a 55 gallon regular rectangle tank w/ 1 goldfish, a red tail shark and a plecostemus already living in it and a 35 gallon diamond tall tank ready to house my new babes.
I'm chomping at the bit to receive them, set em up, see the girls become great w/ child and deliver.
