I've many things to try and get done here at Merlin's Garden each and every day so anything I can get done in advance gives me a head start.
Today is the coolest day around here in a month of Sundays so I'm gonna light up the grill and cook me some sausage for today and tomorrow. Just to add a little something different I'll grill the sausage as usual then about 75% done I'll slather it down w/ BBQ sauce, wrap em in foil and lower the heat.
It's been a while since I had some roasted garlic so I'll wrap a couple of heads in foil and chuck them on the grill as well. Let them bad boys simmer in their own juice until they feel soft & tender (not mushy), then mash 'em out like butter. Put some on top of your head and your tongue will slap your brains out trying to get to it!
